Now in our 11th winter, The Alpine Club has firmly established itself as a provider of luxury boutique chalet holidays in the beautiful mountain resort of St Martin de Belleville, 3 valleys, France.
We are an owner run company, with chalets only in St Martin. Our style is highly professional and personal, always with the utmost attention to detail. Our chalets sleep a maximum of 10 guests (usually only 6 or 8 guests) & each chalet is run by a Chef & Host couple with support from a Chauffeur/Resort Assistant and the Company Owners.
We passionately believe the key to our success is The Alpine Club team and the team is as important to us as our guests. As company owners we live & work in resort through out the winter to provide complete support to our team. Our 2½ -week induction & training course ensures everyone has the skills, knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional service and standards. We treat each member of our team as both a professional and an individual and tailor the training to his or her specific needs.
We are now recruiting for a Chef & Host Couple (qualified professional chef & professional front of house host) for the 2014/15 season (25th November to end of April 2015).
Please note it is essential that you have a UK National Insurance Number, UK bank account & you are a couple. The Chef requires a professional qualification & minimum 3 years experience in fine dining restaurant.
