FRANCE / Ski L’Alpage
Your main duties will be to provide breakfast and 4 course evening meals on 6 days a week for up to 14 guests. You will have the opportunity to be creative, design your own menus and get direct feed back from the guests. You will need to be flexible and tailor menus for any special dietary requirements.
The job will ideally suit someone who wants to take a break from a busy restaurant environment and is a keen skier/boarder. He or she will need to work in a team alongside the owners and be happy to interact with the guests on a daily basis. You will be able to manage your own time around your chalet duties and if organised, should be able to get out skiing from 10am to 4pm most days.
You will need to be aged 25+ so that you can drive company vehicles and have a UK national insurance number.
