Join Educo and tour northern Italy delivering English, CLIL and Theatre In Education (T.I.E) workshops.
During the tutorini tour you will:
Tour northern Italy as a team of two (most of the work will be in the Lombardia region)
Deliver pre-set CLIL sessions
Create and deliver your own lessons using Educo drama, song and game activities
Create and direct short productions/exhibits as part of the children’s ‘final show’
Some workshops will be single bookings others you will return to the school on a regular basis
Lessons will be delivered both face-to-face and online
Tour will begin from 1st February after 2 weeks of training
Tour end date is expected to be June (TBC)

About you:
This is a complex role that will see tutors working with a number of different schools, teachers, projects and children. As such we require tutors who are passionate about teaching and Educo. This passion will help tutors through times where answers may not be easily acquired and days are long. We are looking for tutors who have experience working independently (you will not be based near an Educo office), have exceptional problem solving skills and able to work well under pressure.
Essential skills:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field e.g. English Language, Education, Drama and Performing Arts OR evidence of extensive experience in English/drama teaching
Experience in planning, creating and delivering lessons/ workshops
TEFL, TESOL, English Language Teaching experience (including Educo camps)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously including managing own budgets, expenses, reimbursements and car maintenance
Very good organisational skills
EU passport or a working holiday visa with at least 6 months work allowance from February
Desired Skills:
TEFL/CELTA qualification
Touring or travelling experience (beyond that of Educo camps and Teatrino) Experience with Educo methodologies (e.g. Educo Camps, Teatrino)
Additional experience to Educo teaching in another country (TEFL, ESOL etc.) Creative skills such as music, arts and crafts and performance.
Full drivers licence (we will need at least one strong driver)
