A young commis/2nd chef is required to work under a very gifted and experienced British head chef. This position would suit a college leaver who has finished catering studies or a young chef with a few years experience in hotels or restaurants who would like to work under an excellent chef he can truly learn from! Duties include shopping for and preparing all staff meals for 6 -8, assisting the head chef daily with general ‘mise en place’ , will travel with the household to St Moritz for each winter season. The client rarely uses the villa in the summer as they are on their yacht. This position does offer a small bedroom/own bathroom with TV etc as accommodation.
