ITALY / Fireflies and Figs
We are an English couple who have recently bought a house with land in Abruzzo, Southern Italy. Two hours east of Rome and 45 minutes from Pescara, our nearest airport.
We are slowly building an outdoor boutique hotel, and are looking for skilled labourers and non-skilled to help us with various projects in 2013. From land clearing, olive tree pruning, deck building and other landscaping jobs. To building various rustic bits of furniture, shelving and tables.
We are looking for individuals or couples to come and work 5 hours a day 5 days a week, with weekends and evenings off. We will feed you tasty food, breakfast lunch and dinner along with wine in the evening.
We have two rooms in the house for two singles and one couple, and also have a bell tent for those who like the outdoors.
We can offer you bikes to cycle around the hilly area, and at weekend offer to drop you off at various train stations or by the sea (30 minutes away)
It would be ideal if we could interview you whilst we are in London before the end of March.
