We are a small and friendly, family run company who have advertised for many years on JAB. For over 15 years we have been the market leader in luxury summer alpine holidays exclusively in Morzine, one of Europe’s premier summer alpine resorts.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity, either for a summer job whilst at university, a gap year, short career break or potentially longer-term employment.
The job requires dedication, self-motivation, teamwork and ceaseless attention to detail. Alongside hard work, it is fun, sociable and with free time to enjoy the surrounding mountains and array of alpine activities in this stunning region of the French Alps.
Duties:
– Acting as a chalet host with a friendly, ‘nothing is too much trouble’, intuitive and professional level of customer service.
– Laying, serving and clearing of breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals.
– Assisting the chef in general kitchen duties, e.g. washing up, kitchen prep and cleaning down.
– Cleaning and tidying of the chalet to a very high ‘hotel’ standard, e.g. bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms, communal areas etc.
– Ensuring the atmosphere of the chalet in terms of host/guest interaction, general ambience etc.
Package:

Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience, e.g. housekeeping/cleaning and waiting/service in hotels, restaurants or similar hospitality and catering establishments.
