FRANCE / Restaurant La Moraine
La Moraine is a traditional restaurant located in the center of Chamonix in the French Alps. You will be working among an English kitchen team. Your duties will be:
– assisting the chef
– responsible of the kitchen on the chef days off
– making sure of the quality of food served to the client
– placing food orders
– organizing the prep
– leading the kitchen staff
Previous experience is required.
