Job Description
Day to day running of the Retreat
Plan retreat set up and staffing schedules
Identifying retreat needs and ensure that associated tasks are completed
Overseeing all Facilities and contracting work as necessary
To ensure that the retreat coordination addresses the needs to the guests to ensure that all guests have a positive experience
Involvement in Sales and Marketing of the Retreat
Provide knowledge and experience based advice to satisfy staff/guest queries
Keep informed and educated on business and developments in the spa/wellness sector, as well as the travel sector overall.
Ensure the smooth operation of the Retreat
Health and Safety maintenance on equipment
