INDIA / Edulab Educational Exchange
Bachelors or Masters Degree students in Computer Science could apply for an internship position in India “This is a two-part project. Part-1 lies in capturing software product behavior/interaction. These models represent a machine readable and unambiguous representation of software GUI behavior. Test cases thus defined will exist at a sufficiently abstract level, specifying intent rather than syntax. Each test case so constructed is an abstraction, written in this bespoke (still-to-be-designed) language, and unambiguously describes a test scenario.
Part-2 lies in language translation: the translation FROM a high-level, sufficiently-expressive, ASCII test-case description language derived in Part-1. These translations must be automatically generated through compilation or interpretation. This code is expected to be software-version-variant and can change from version to version. Consequently, it is hoped that this project can leverage proven concepts, practices and software tools used in programming language development, compiler design and, perhaps, natural language processing.”
