Are you interested in gaining overseas experience with an ethical organisation focused on sustainable volunteering? Do you want to experience development differently? Can you be proactive and adapt to the fast-paced nature of social change? If so then Development in Action’s India Internship Programme may be for you.
For over 20 years DiA has promoted an ethical overseas development experience through our India Internship placements. We are now recruiting interns for our India placements. The volunteer internship offers the opportunity for young people to gain new perspectives on global issues and strengthen their skills.
Before departing for India, interns will get the opportunity to complete an online module in Education through Global Engagement. This module is geared toward helping you create and share field-based inquiries about the social issues your host NGO confronts. On completion you will receive accreditation in ‘Critically informed International Development’.
