In-resort driver & chalet assistant job description
AliKats is a small independent chalet company based in Morzine, run by Al & Kat Judge. We started with one chalet in 2011 and have now expanded our portfolio to consist of 6 catered and 4 self-catered chalets.
We pride ourselves on three things – superb customer service, amazing food and creating a fun and positive working environment for our team as a whole each season.
Our objective is to create the best chalet experience humanly possible.
Objective of the role
Our drivers must be punctual, organised, friendly and capable of multi-tasking to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests whilst they are being driven around the resort.
In addition to the in-resort driving, this position also comes with the responsibility of covering the breakfast shift on the chalet hosts day off and also helping with laundry.
This role is a varied one and requires maturity, good interpersonal skills, driving experience and a willingness to provide support wherever it is most needed.
Tasks & responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Driving guests around resort in the company minibus
- Ensuring that the minibus is kept clean & tidy & in good working order
- Covering the hosts responsibilities on their day off (breakfast, chalet cleaning & driving)
- Helping with laundry on some evenings
