IDEX is developing the next wave of “social intrapreneurs” who will support, lead and advance the work of socially-focused enterprises around the world! We’ve come to understand how to bridge the current talent gap and through our 8 years, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most influential change agents.
This Fellowship is for young professionals from across the globe who want to deep dive into the social impact space and get first hand experience of working in a sector of their interest including Education, Health, Environment and Energy, Women’s empowerment, Livelihoods,Impact Investing etc., through a full-time placement with an organisation for 6 months.
The program is committed to enabling immersive learning experiences for Fellows by way of having them ideate, develop, prototype and test solutions in an environment that encourages co-creation and collaboration, all while also learning from peers, resident mentors and sector experts.
