PGL are currently seeking to appoint a Hospitality Team Leader at Château d’Ebblinghem. Located in Northern France and a stone’s throw from Belgium, the Château is surrounded by stunning French countryside Château d’Ebblinghem is a great base for exploring.

As Hospitality Team Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Administration and Retail departments.
Previous experience of stock control, a full driving license and conversational French are essential for candidates applying for this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the retail operation on a day-to-day basis;
• Line management of the support staff team;
• Stock ordering, rotation and completing stock takes;
• Various administration tasks such as staff inductions, petty cash handling and completing purchase orders and timesheets;

This is a residential job role with staff accommodation provided at Château d’Ebblinghem. The role is a fixed term contract until December 2016.
