Main duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you MUST be flexible to cover operational requirements.
All yacht preparation and cleaning on turnaround days
Safety of all clients
Presentation and maintenance of yachts
Technical yacht briefings and area briefings to guests.
Assisting the team with all aspects of the base/flotilla.
Greeting clients and assisting boarding.
Day to Day running repairs and assistance to break downs or call outs.
Regular checks on equipment and specifically Safety Equipment.
Socialising with guests
Any other duties as directed by the Base Manager.
Deliveries, call outs and maintenance.
Skippering charters of up to 9 clients at a time.
