Associazione InformaGiovani is offering to young people aged between 18 and 30 years, resident in a European country or neighbouring one (of any nationality) the opportunity to participate in international group volunteering activities, organised in Sicily during the summer of 2022.
The activities will take place at two Oriented Nature Reserves (Biviere di Gela and Isola delle Femmine managed by the Italian League for the Protection of Birds) and in Geraci, a small mountain municipality in the Madonie Park.
Volunteers will experience an international environment through which they will support local operators in activities to maintain and restore green areas and raise awareness on environmental issues.
Participation is completely free of charge: all activities are carried out in the framework of the European Solidarity Corps – Group Volunteering in High Priority Areas “Greening the present, saving the future” supported by the European Commission.
