ITALY / Agriturismo Mulino Marghen
We are looking for a cook¬housekeeper for the period April to October 2019.We are a small agriturismo in a water mill in the hills of Lunigiana catering to Italian and international guests.
The applicant will be able to cook traditional italian dishes,local dishes from Lunigiana,vegetarian or vegan food as required. You should be willing to learn new recipes.You may be looking after the property alone when there are few people but if busy there will be part time staff and one of the owners to help. Therefore you will be asked to do a wide variety of tasks including cleaning of rooms. If there are no guests we may ask you to help with a little light gardening or shopping or feeding the pony or whatever!The hours will not be excessive though can invlove a few long days at peak times.
You need to have excellent Italian and English. You need to have a drivers licence and be confident to drive in a mountain area.You should love animals and children.You should like to live surrounded by nature and a long way from the city.
Wages are 8 euros per hour, with a minimum 800 euro per month. Accomodation is provided.A bonus will be paid at the completion of the season.
