Chef/Caterer wanted for yoga retreats in the beautiful Limousin region of France.
Board and lodgings provided. Must be able to drive.
Dates: 11th – 18th September 2017 and/or 30th September – 7th October 2017.
Pay will be £700.00 plus £700.00 for ingredients and there will be around 14 people to cook for.

The menus will be fairly simple and healthy:
Breakfast
homemade muesli/granola/fruits or compote/yoghurt
breads (usually rye/wheat mix or lower GI)
Lunch
salad eg cucmber, fennel & sweet potato salad and cold meats/cheese
OR
soup eg cauliflower, coconut and turmeric soup & bread
fruit bowl
Snack
mixed dried fruit/nuts
or
flapjack
and fruit bowl
Dinner
eg roasted pork with miso glaze, wilted veg, brown rice
eg chicken chasseur with butter bean & cauliflower mash
shot of hot choc with a white rye biscuit (eg a lighter style dessert)
