This person:
• Has experience in the leisure, hospitality or catering industries.
• Has a proven record of managing and motivating a successful team in a tough environment
• Is able to run resort operation maximising the guest experience
• Is able to order and control the distribution of food stocks
• Possesses an eye for detail especially for the presentation and cleaning of the chalets
