FRANCE / Majestic/Mrs Miggins
We are looking for a professional chef and a chalet host, ideally a couple, but perhaps two friends, who are enthusiastic, hard-working and have the right experience to be able run and manage a catered chalet together.
The chef will already have experience and be able to cook to a very high standard, six days of the week, throughout the season. The food should be presented beautifully and be within your given budget. You will be expected to maintain (and improve) the standard we currently hold.
The chalet host role will involve looking after guests, making them feel welcome and happy in the chalet. You will also be responsible for maintaining extremely high standards of cleanliness, which will involve daily cleaning throughout the chalet, with both of you involved in the end of stay chalet clean. You will also be “front of house” at meals, ensuring that the quality of the food delivered by the chef is matched by your levels of service. Previous experience in catering and hospitality is a real bonus!
