We are looking for the very best people to look after our guests.
We are looking for responsible, considerate and conscientious couples who will do a fantastic job, and in return will be able to run the chalet with their own flair and individuality (within certain parameters of course). You will have the opportunity to develop yourselves in general management, be as creative in the kitchen as you like and make some amazing contacts as well as having a great time!

Main Duties
• To prepare and cook;
Breakfast – Continental and/or Full English as required
Lunch on request (to be left out for guests to help themselves)
Afternoon tea (to be left out for guests to help themselves)
Children’s suppers on request
Canapés on first evening and on request
Evening meal – number of courses will vary from group to group.
• Preparing weekly menus and shopping list
• Weekly shopping
• Management and cleaning of chalet on a daily basis
• Full overhaul of chalet once a week on change over day, including thorough clean and identification of any maintenance issues
• Basic maintenance of chalet
• Budgeting, accounting and billing
• For some chalets you may be required to do some driving for your guests during normal work hours (to ski school etc. if required)
• Customer service for guests (organizing restaurant bookings etc.)
Daily hours
• Approximately 7:30 am to 11:00 am and 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm on normal working days. 2 hours extra on shopping day and 3 hours extra on changeover day.
• One full day off a week
