Experienced chef/cook needed for our catered chalet in the French Alps.
We operate ski holidays in France and are looking for a chef/cook for this season Dec – May.
The role of the chef is to cook breakfast, afternoon tea and a four course evening meal, they are also responsible for managing the budget, ordering food and creating the menu.
You will be working alongside hosts and between you will be creating an exeptional holiday experience for our guests. Working as a chef in a chalet is a much more personal experience than in a restaurant and you will be a large part of the guest experience.
This is an opportunity to spend 5 months in the beautiful Alps with plenty of time to ski or snowboard and experience life in the mountains.
You will need to have previous professional experience in a kitchen and be able to cater for dietary needs of all kinds.
