Spend the winter in Morzine!
You will be in charge of the kitchen in our 40 bedded Club Chalet le Gourmet in Morzine. A key management role working closely with the chalet manager and Assistants you will be responsible for the preparation and service of a carefully planned 6-day menu, all food ordering, monthly stock checks, customer feedback evaluation and ensuring hygiene controls are of the highest standard.
Our weekend product is unique, you will therefore need to pull upon your previous kitchen experience to continually achieve and sustain the high standards we expect whilst working to a strict budget.
More than anything you will need to be able to ensure our customers get the most from their holiday meal experience and be wow’d by both you and SkiWeekends. Quality of ingredients, taste and presentation are of the utmost importance as well as speedy and reliable service at our busiest times.

* Conversational kitchen French is not essential but a bonus.
