Our Company is called GiGroup (www.gigroup.it) and we are an Italian recruiting company.
We are looking for call centre agents for one of the companies we work for. Successful candidates will be part of the customer care service development for a prestigious multinational company based in Milan, Italy.
The agents will deal with customers’ inquiries in order to guarantee a high quality service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Company is international and excellence – oriented.
Ideal profile: English or German native speaker, High school or University degree, good IT and communicative skills, preferably customer care or call centre previous experiences, motivated and self-confident
We offer: short term contract (minimum 6 month), rotative shifts from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm (5 working days), starting date is the 3rd week of September.
