They will be working in an international environment and excellence – oriented. Successful candidates will be part of the customer care service development for an important multinational company. The agents will be in contact with the customers from the different countries in order to guarantee a high quality service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal profile: to be English, German, Dutch or French native speaker, High school or University degree, good IT and communicative skills, preferably customer care or call centre previous experiences, motivated and self-confident We offer: Full time contract, rotative shifts from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm (5 working days) Public transport connection available to get to the Company
