American/Dutch family living 10 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Amsterdam, and in the middle of a lot of parks, and woods. We are within minutes, by bike, or car, to shops, train station, etc. We have 3 girls ages 13, 11, and 8. Everie (pronounced Avery), Elies and Ella. The woman/mother is American and is married to a Dutch man. Both work in the investment industry. The mother works from home frequently and very present in the childrens lives. Family own a very nice large dog. The position involves taking care of the children after school, household chores, errands, and driving the girls to lessons when the mother is not available. A cleaner is employed. Both English and Dutch are spoken in the house. The au pair has an apartment above the garage with a kitchen and bathroom. A loft feel to it. The au pair will be given a very competitive salary and health insurance. American and Canadian aupairs may apply. We have had au pairs for years and keep close contact with most all of them. We will provide references.
