You would supervise, help, train and oversee volunteers that have volunteered to help. Health and safety is the number one priority and the training and the acquiring of knowledge and skills for the volunteers/Interns the number two. The pressure to get the job done does not exist.
You would be part of a team that is responsible for seeing that everything possible is done to make the program a rewarding one for the participating volunteers and interns.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the construction or property industry who would like to learn the methods used in France and who would like to experience living and working in France
You would be required to work 30 hours per week and the work would include building, Repairs and maintenance as needed, painting, maintenance of appliances and tools, basic plumbing, basic heating and electrical repairs.
Duration of the program is from March until the end of October and whilst we would recommend a period of 13 weeks you can apply for less or more.
