The Chateau is surrounded by 38 acres of land and is located near the village of Molay Littry. The Chateau has 40 bedrooms (sleeps up to 200 people) with meeting rooms, library, games room, lounge area and bar. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May), a tennis court, and a football and rugby pitch. The grounds of the Chateau are also used for adventure activities such as Bivi building and Archery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serving meals, clearing down restaurant service area after all meals, leaving the area clean and tidy.
Polishing cutlery and glassware.
Daily cleaning of restaurant and setting up tables for meals.
Cleaning duties of all public areas in the Chateau.
Cleaning of guest’s bedrooms and bathrooms, to include making beds, vacuuming, dusting and polishing.
Socialising and interacting with guests, and involvement with some entertainment.
Any other duties as directed by your Assistant Manager.
Some Bar work on evenings.
What We’re Looking For
Highly motivated individual
Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
Proven experience in customer service
Previous waiting experience
Socialble and confident when interact with guests
A real team player
Previous housekeeping experience would be an advantage
