ITALY / When In Florence
An exiting opportunity to work abroad in Florence for a new student services company. We work mainly with English speaking clients and provide a wide range of services for students including nightlife events, phone rental, day trips, car rental and much more.
The position pays 6 euros an hour plus commission, which can be substantial. There are also numerous perks to the job, such as free gym memberships, etc.
The main duties relate to promoting and co-ordinating nightlife events through daily socialization, making contacts, distribution of materials to schools and hotels, and presence in the bars at night. Additional responsibilities include promotion of the services of the company and assistance with day to day activities, such as helping with day trips (eg, paintballing) and occasional assistance in the office. Further assistance is often required with marketing strategies and ideas for service improvements.
The position is for an initial three months (from mid-September 2012 to mid-December 2012) but can be extended indefinitely depending on performance, at which point payment and responsibilities will be reassessed.
Applicants should be outgoing, flexible and preferably have a bachelors’ degree. Native level English is essential.
