The residence is used relatively infrequently for various periods of time. There are no children. An enthusiastic housekeeper with attention to detail is required to care for this four-bedroom home, handling all the cleaning, laundry and ironing. There will be basic cooking not on a daily basis,. Simple and fresh family cooking would however be required when the owners or their guests are in residence.
The gentleman of the couple needs to care for the gardening. Clean cars, water plants, care for the swimming pool and pool house, and be a good DIY / handyman. driving a must an understanding of Italian is helpful .
