A Chalet Hosts role is not only to look after all aspects of the day to day running of their chalet, but ultimately to deliver a fantastic service to their guests to ensure they have the best possible holiday experience.
From the arrival of the guests to their last day you will be their main point of contact throughout their stay. This means that as well as providing their meals you will ensure the chalet is a clean and welcoming environment where you will be readily available to help with any questions and queries they may have.
At Alpine Elements we have a variety of chalet properties spread over 12 resorts. This enables us to be able to recruit both single Chalet Hosts as well as couples / friends who can run the chalet together.

Duties and Responsibilities: (this list is not exhaustive!)
• Working with a set menu to prepare and cook breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal, 6 days a week to the guests in your chalet.
• Daily cleaning of the rooms and public areas within the chalet.
• Accurate and timely ordering of food stocks on a weekly basis, keeping within pre-set budgets.
• Creating a welcoming environment – i.e. ensuring the log fire is prepared and lit, resort information is readily available etc
• Being a friendly, welcoming point of contact for the guests throughout their stay.
• Other ad hoc tasks when they arise (i.e. snow clearing, salt laying etc)
