– An additional performance-based bonus (0 to 4 times weekly salary) may also be awarded at the end of the season. You need to hold either a British Passport or a French Working Visa.
Overview
CHEF/HOST
You should have a smart appearance and have a both friendly and professional attitude. You should be well spoken and have excellent manners. You are expected to provide your own smart black or chefs trousers and indoor shoes (Crocs are fine in the kitchen but not suitable for the host), we will provide aprons and tops although you are welcome to wear your own chef’s blacks. You may be working in an open planned kitchen. Which adds to the guest’s interaction.
The Chalet Team chef and host is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Chalet. The Chalet Chef will work closely with the Chalet Host to ensure that the guests’ needs are met at all times while maintaining the highest of standards. You may be responsible for 1 or other Chalets and if your own chalet is not busy you may be required or asked to perform other duties. You need to have a flexible attitude.
