We are a small and friendly, family run company who have advertised for many years on JAB. For over 15 years we have been the market leader in luxury summer alpine holidays exclusively in Morzine, one of Europe’s premier summer alpine resorts.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity, either for a summer job whilst at university, a gap year, short career break or potentially longer-term employment.
This is a ‘lifestyle job’ with long hours, requiring dedication, self-motivation, teamwork, physical/mental toughness and good communication skills. We employ 3 Rep/Guide/Drivers each summer to cover the duties outlined below:
Repping/coordinating:
– Welcoming guests, providing a point of contact.
– Taking activity bookings, organising logistics.
– Assistance in case of emergencies.
– Taking credit card and cash payments.
Driver:
– Airport transfers.
– Transport to/from activity locations.
– General upkeep of company vehicles, i.e. washing, valeting, basic maintenance.
Guiding:
– Leading/assisting with activities and excursions, e.g. walking, mountain biking, sightseeing tours.
General & Maintenance:
– Ensuring general upkeep and repairs of Simply Morzine properties and grounds i.e. cleaning, DIY, overall dogsbody.
– Occasional serving / cleaning etc to cover chalet hosts.
Package:

Requirements:
– Customer service experience, e.g. housekeeping/cleaning and waiting/service in hotels, restaurants or similar hospitality/catering establishments.
– Experience and passion for outdoor pursuits.
– Minimum age 22+
– Full driving license and confidence to drive minibuses on mountain roads.
