Responsibilities:
-train group members for participation in the program
-handle day to day logistics while on the road
-counsel teams members through developing world learning experiences
-develop and maintain functional team while leading individual growth during a variety of community service and adventure programs and activities
Qualifications:
-Have extensive experience, travelling, living, studying, volunteering and/or working in the region that the group travels through (Thailand, India and Vietnam or Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador)
-Have experience working with and leading groups.
-Strong Spanish language skills necessary for South America program.
Benefits:
-All expenses paid for, including all flights, travel costs, living costs and medical expenses while overseas etc.
-A stipend ranging from $400 to $1200 per month based on experience
