We’re recruiting for a worldwide leading company based in Milan (Italy) 10 Customer Service Representatives – English mother tongue speakers – to provide technical and commercial assistance to the customers based in the UK.
Ideal candidates are young, professional, customer-oriented and able to deal with inquiries via telephone and email. Moreover, they are communicative, willing to move to Italy at least for one year and to work in an international team.
Ideal profile: English native speaker, High school or University degree, good IT and communicative skills, motivated, quick learner
We offer: training, Italian language & culture classes, rotative shifts from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm (5 working days).
If UK permanent resident, a financial support is provided to pay the costs.
We also consider application from students in their Gap Year.
