As a Resort Representative you will assist with all operational and guest related aspects. You will ensure the high standards that the company expects are maintained while providing exceptional customer service to all of our guests to ensure their holiday runs as smoothly as possible at all times. This role will include complaint handling, airport transfers, public speaking, selling excursions to our guests as well as providing local information.
