FRANCE / The Alpine Club – Boutique Chalet Collection
Our boutique chalets sleep 6 to 10 guests. A Chalet Couple runs each chalet with support from a Chauffeur/Resort Assistant, Resort Manager & the Company Owners. Looking after small numbers of guests means you have the time to create fabulous food, deliver a high quality service and go skiing.
We want the Chef to use their in-depth experience and skill to design their own creative, fine dining menus (we do not have set menus) and the Host to create a warm, welcoming chalet, with high attention to detail in all the chalet standards & presentation.
Requirements
This role is for a couple with the following skills and experience:
CHEF
– Recognised catering qualification (City & Guilds 7061/2, NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
– At least 3 years post-qualification experience in professional kitchens in fine dining restaurants (ideally to 2 AA rosette standard/1 Michelin Star or equivalent) having held chef de partie or more senior positions
HOST:
– Front of house service experience in fine dining restaurants or hospitality experience in 5*/boutique hotels
CHEF & HOST:
– Ideally both able to drive
– Must have a UK national insurance number and UK bank account
– Over 23 (for vehicle insurance)
