PGL are currently looking for experienced Cooks to join their catering teams in Northern France.
From the bright lights of Paris to the beautiful Nord Pas de Calais region of northern France, get ready to immerse yourself in French culture and heritage. No French language skills? No worries! Our catering teams speak English so you’ll meet lots of likeminded people to enjoy this unique working adventure with.
The catering operations at our activity centres are modern enterprises set up to deliver meals which excite our guests and staff as much as their outdoor adventure experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your catering skills, including cooking, ordering, accounting for stock and staff supervision.
What do we look for in our Cooks?
• Experience of working in a high volume catering environment.
• The ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• A positive approach to team working and problem solving.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Staff Package
We offer a competitive wage, paid monthly, meals and on-site accommodation provided, access to training and development opportunities and a FREE staff uniform. We also provide return transport from a UK departure point as part of your employment package.
This is a residential job role with staff accommodation provided on centre, on a fixed term contract until November 2017.
