Superb opportunity to be part of a small team, working alongside the Company Owner, managing the day to day running of a luxury chalet company.
The key responsibilities are:
– Manage & motivate the chef, host & chauffeur team of 10 on a daily basis
– Review team performance on a daily basis
– Organisation of guests holidays & office administration
– Provide cover for the chauffeur service as required
Our 3 chalets sleep a maximum of 10 guests (many weeks of the season only 6 – 8 guests), which enables us the time to genuinely provide a tailored, memorable experience to each & every guest.
The Company Owners live & work in St Martin all year. We live only steps away from the chalets, which means we are always available to answer questions, provide support, assist with problems & fix maintenance issues. On a daily basis you will be working with Helen, in a shared office, which means you are 100% supported.
Requirements:
• Experience managing and motivating a team (essential)
• Experience working in hospitality in a supervisory/management role (essential)
• Experience working in a chalet environment (ideal)
• Experience of driving on snow and driving on the right hand side of the road
• Minimum 7 years post licence driving experience & a clean, full driving licence (essential)
• Have skied/boarded for a minimum of 3 weeks
• For the required level of experience likely to be aged over 30
