Work as a Chef in southern France

FRANCE / PGL Travel

Coming off a Ski season and want to work in France for the rest of the year? PGL is hiring Chefs and Cooks to work at their adventure centres in France.

The catering operations at PGL’s activity centres in France are modern enterprises set up to deliver meals which excite our guests and staff as much as their outdoor adventure experiences. It’s a fun and friendly environment to work and also a great base from which to get out and enjoy French culture and the outdoor opportunities offered in the Ardeche region.

Working with PGL’s catering team is also an excellent opportunity to further develop your catering skills, including cooking, ordering, accounting for stock and staff supervision.

If you’ve got experience of working in a high volume catering environment, and have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

We offer a competitive wage, paid monthly, meals and on-site accommodation provided, access to training and development opportunities and a FREE staff uniform that reflects your job role, location and contract length. We also provide return transport from a UK departure point as part of your employment package.

This is a residential job role with staff accommodation provided on centre and is available at numerous locations across the south of France and Spain.
