FRANCE / Camping Aux Memes
We are looking for a UK professional cookery student to help in our restaurant and bar during our busiest 6 to 8 weeks of the summer holidays.
You must be outgoing and be interested in all aspects of the tourism and hospitality industry. You will work in the kitchen, front of house and in the bar.
You will become part of the family with your own en-suite room and full board. You’ll gain experience in French markets/shops, basic French cooking, local wines (South West France), mass catering, beer & coffee machines and general hospitality. You will also receive a small remuneration in sterling and subsidised/free flights each way.
