FRANCE / Les Mimosa Villas
We have a large Villa with pool just outside Perpignan on the Spanish border 15 minutes from Mediterranean beaches and an hour from the Pyrenees ski slopes. The Villa which can be booked as 1 unit or as 2 separate Villas with shared use of the pool have been used for family holidays and rental for the last 13 years.
Also on the site is a one bed-roomed apartment with living room, dining room, kitchen, large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, office/laundry and BBQ dining terrace.
We require an active couple (no children or pets) to manage the property, pool and grounds year round and conduct changeovers. The current caretakers are returning to the UK in mid October. In return we provide free accommodation in the apartment and all taxes and utilities are also included. There is no wage for this position.
The current caretakers have a small business offering pool maintenance, gardening and property management. There would appear to be a demand for this in the local area providing income.
