BROADCAST PRESENTERS

Responsibilities
• researching topics and background information for items to be featured on the programme;
• planning and rehearsing shows;

REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Responsibilities —
• Participate in market analyses.
• Participate in the mortgage loan process, including credit ratings; underwriting verifications; truth-in-lending reports; closing documents; packaging loans for the secondary mortgage market; and so forth.
• Perform “in-house” appraisal functions such as obtaining comparable sales data, cost and income figures, and assembling reports for the appraisals.
• Prepare portfolios (property briefs) of prospective properties to be provided to a sales agent after the agent has qualified the client.
• Develop and maintain lists of “for sale by owner” properties for follow-up mailings and contact by the regular staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification –
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in the subject field.

ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities –
• Help with month-end financial reports.
• Book-keeping, Transaction recording according to source documents.
• Detailed account, summary table of accounting voucher, and then account the general ledger.
• Work under supervision of other accountants.
• Help with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
• Assist with the semi-annual physical inventory.
• Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports.
• Manage monthly tracking of physical inventory.
• Other assigned tasks.

Qualification —
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Willingness to work anywhere.

HOTEL MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities
• Maintains the hotel systems to ensure the accuracy of information and data, and that it is easy to use and operated in an organized and systemized way.
• Assists with management of the operations of the front desk and bell staff to maintain the high service standards of Shanty Creek Resorts.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the front office regarding guest relations.
• Coordinates front office activities and resolves problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unique requests and inquiries.
• Responsible for maintaining and enforcing all resort billing/accounting controls.
• Other assigned tasks.

Requirement
o Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / related certificate
o Basic knowledge of hotel operation & front office.
o Good English language skill and communication skill.
o Good and positive hospitality attitude.
o Other Foreign language ability is a plus.
o Minimum of 3 months duration

GRAPHIC DESIGN / PHOTOGRAPHY

Key responsibilities:
• design and produce a wide range of print and digital material including but not limited to creating promotional branding and marketing material, reports, business cards, newsletters, simple GIF and animations, handouts, email signatures, brochures
• generate ideas after receiving a brief
• present ideas and opinions to the team
• support the team with creative material

• getting in contact with worldwide partners to gather new project photos and media

• graphic design

Skills and Experience:
• intermediate knowledge and skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• creativity, flair and an eye for detail
• passionate about design
• excellent communication skills
• ability to work in a project team collaborative atmosphere
• strong time management and balancing more than one project at a time
• a strong understanding of composition, page layout, colour theory and typography
• ability to understand the company’s brand with ability to produce work respectful of the brand guidelines

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Responsibilities
• create and curate content that matters
• manage the press office – image requests, interviews, photo shoots, samples
• plan, execute and maintain company’s PR strategy
• create, deliver and oversee studio events, plan and schedule PR-activities
• effectively utilize company’s social media
• perform research and market analysis activities
• manage international PR agents
• create and distribute press releases
• assist in administrative duties
• build and update media lists and databases
• schedule, coordinate and attend various events

Requirements and Skills
• current enrollment in a related BA or Masters
• strong communicator and fluent in English
• passion for contemporary art, design and the luxury industry
• highly organized and result driven
• able to plan in advance and keep an overview of many parallel activities
• solid understanding of the different social networks
• strong desire to learn along with a professional drive

FINANCE AND ADMIN

Must have:
1. Good education background, finance major is preferred.
2. 4-5 days/Week, no less than 4 months, can start asap.
