TANZANIA / A Tent With A View Safaris
We are looking for a general manager for our small hotel in Zanzibar to start this summer 2012. Ideally someone with some proven management experience is preferable. Also preferable but not essential is experience in simple book-keeping/accounts, supplies & ordering,stock-taking etc. The job would also entail answering email enquiries and booking guests into the hotel, meet and greet etc. The post would initially be for 2 years which is the work permit duration. Salary is gross US$ 1500 per month plus room and board at the hotel, 4 off days per month plus a further month’s holiday each year.
The applicant must have an excellent written and spoken command of English.
