Disney English is looking for experienced ESL teachers to teach young learners between the ages of 2 and 10 years of age.

These schools are Western owned and operated, with bright spacious classrooms, excellent teaching resources, and comprehensive training and support throughout the year.

Disney English Locations: Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Dalian, Shenyang, and Chengdu

TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:

Full BA degree
* Native English speakers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and the US
* 2 years of formal post-graduate teaching experience
* 120-hour Internationally recognized TEFL or TESOL certification
* Commit to teaching weekday evenings and weekends
* Commit to a 12-15 month contract

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

MONTHLY SALARY: 10,000RMB to 11,500RMB per month
AIRFARE: Roundtrip airfare
ARRIVAL/RELOCATION BONUS: 7,000RMB arrival bonus to help get set up in your new home
HOUSING: 3,500RMB to 4,350RMB housing allowance (according to rental index indicator in each city)

Visa costs paid for or reimbursed
* Paid national holidays plus five paid days of vacation
* 2 weeks paid training
* Free Chinese lessons
* All teachers become TEFL-C certified through Disney English

JOB DESCRIPTION
*
40 hours per week with 20-25 teaching hours each week
* Become proficient in delivering the English interactive content and comprehensive classroom/home delivery of English.
* Use scripted printed materials, multimedia and a variety of audio-visual aids. There is emphasis on dialogue, story-telling, singing and role-playing.
* Work with local Assistant Trainers to ensure classes are run efficiently and start and end as scheduled
* Prepare lessons, print materials, technology and supplemental materials prior to the start of each class
* Attend weekly meetings with the LLD to communicate all pertinent learner and classroom management issues
* Participate in outside of classroom academic, marketing and Center social events as needed
