Chef needed for new childrens play centre with a restaurant for 150 people, it will be opening late March early April and comes with a live in or live out option, we are based in Pattaya which is known as the party city of Thailand, the successful applicant will be required to run the kitchen side of the business which will include cooking all western food and supervising the Thai cook who will cover the Thai menu, the chef will also have to keep control of stock and order whatever is needed on a day to day basis althrough the company secretary will assist with orders, all serious replies need to be emailed to us at info@thefuncastle.com and will need to consist of a recent CV, the reason you want to come to live in Thailand, how long you are willing to stay if successful, and finally although we pay a decent salary we are still in Thailand and will be paying according to experience etc so please include what salary you are expecting and what you are willing to work for.
