SOUTH EAST ASIA / Maria Bain
Seeking a teaching crew member to join one of our luxury yachts to cruise with the vessel and Owners through South East Asia; Responsible for 3 or 4 children and accompanying them as a tutor for the duration of the voyage.
Importantly the tutor/crew member should have the normal yacht qualification STCW 95 (as per deck hand or stewardess). Not mandatory, for the right candidate, arrangements can be made to receive the required basic safety training in one week in the South of France to qualify as yacht crew.
Teaching experience from junior school (grades 1- 8), with more emphasis on Math curriculum.

• Experienced as a teacher with the United Kingdom/United States Education system
Position Details as follow:
• Salary 4,000 – 5,000 Euro per calendar month (or equivalent in USD)
• Holidays 30 per annum (pro rota)
• Temporary position – Available to start October 1 2013 – May 2014 (with possible extension)
• Crew insurance included
• Shared Cabin
• Crew mainly UK nationals
