The organization consists of a daycare center for disabled children. There they offer rehabilitation, physiotherapy, speech therapy, special education and psychology therapy. People arrive on a daily basis at the organization to ask for help and orientation.
Tasks:
• Assist the teachers
• Assist the physiotherapists
• Assist the occupational therapists
• Assist the social workers
• Assist the psychologists
• Working time: Working hours are in the morning
• Vacations: The project closes from mid-December till mid-January
Accommodation, Benefits and Costs:
• You can stay in a host family (from 75US$/week incl. 3 meals a day), in a hostel (20 US$ single room / night, 30 US$ double room/night) or in a shared flat (on request)
• ProyectoMosaico books your lodging, Spanish school and your transportation from the airport, furthermore we offer individual assistance provided by the office in Granada before, throughout and after your stay
• For our work and our services we ask a one-time-only fee of 250€ – regardless of the length of your stay
Requirements:
• Minimum stay: 4 weeks
• Spanish level: Basic
• Skills and expertise: Enjoying the work with handicapped children, flexibility and patience
