Required for summer season in Mallorca. Highly motivated and enthusiastic waiting staff and commis chefs. Must have at least 4 or 5 years experience, highly presentable and over the age of 24. Language skills are essential, English, German and Spanish preferable. Applicants must be used to working under pressure and at a high pace.
