BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS / Cooper Island Beach Club
Waiter/Bartender: Applicants must be extremely proficient in MICROS or similar POS systems and have a strong background in food, wine & cocktail presentation, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant. Must be physically fit to maintain the pace of service, fluent in English, both spoken and written with an excellent telephone manner. Required STCW95, if you do not have this certification but are interested in the position please apply as the course can be achieved worldwide usually in under 5 days.
