This project takes you to the edge of Tsavo West National Park in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, to assist with the building of infrastructure essential to alternative livelihoods being implemented within these communities in Kenya, East Africa.
In partnership with villagers who have given up poaching and charcoal burning to conserve their natural heritage and wildlife, you will volunteer on short term projects from start to finish that aim to assist the villagers in creating sustainable incomes as an alternative to the bush meat trade.
A two week adventure, the second week is then taken up with cultural and adventure activities to give you a lasting impression of Africa and the amazing communities with which you will work.
